Returns & Exchanges:
For reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items where the product seal has been broken.
Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@maiyoni.com. Kindly include:

Warranty:
Your Maiyoni device is protected by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. In the rare instance of a manufacturing defect within this period, please contact info@maiyoni.com to initiate a warranty claim. Your original proof of purchase serves as verification of coverage.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, tampering, or improper handling. Normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, or the loss of removable components do not qualify for replacement.
Should your claim be approved, a replacement unit will be arranged promptly to ensure your continued experience of Maiyoni’s standard of excellence.
